The annual camp bringing Malaysian Siamese youth together. Since 1993.
Ruam Thai is where Malaysian Siamese youth find their people. Every year, students from across the country gather for a few days of bonding, learning, and celebrating shared identity.
What started in 1993 as a small motivation seminar by Siamese university students has become an annual tradition, connecting generations through education, culture, and religion.
Ruam Thai introduces school students to the opportunities and pathways after SPM through career talks and pathway sessions covering matriculation, STPM, diploma, and more. Participants also get to connect with seniors currently studying in university to ask about courses and campus life.
Siamese culture is unique, beautiful, and should be celebrated. Ruam Thai gives participants a space to explore and practice Siamese culture through activities such as Malam Kebudayaan.
Ruam Thai provides a space for participants to practice Dhamma through morning and evening chanting, meditation sessions, and Dhamma talks.
